Established in funeral care
For years, Form & Grace Memory Boxes have been available through funeral homes. They are now also available directly to families.
Made to fit. No transfer required.
The original ashes container sits securely in the micro-suede lined base, held in place with finger screws. It remains easily accessible should you later choose to scatter or bury the ashes.
Interior compartment: 318mm wide, 148mm deep, 140mm high. Designed to fit ashes containers used throughout Australia.
External dimensions: 356mm wide, 186mm deep, 184mm high.
Designed as a contemporary memory and memento box for ashes
Finished in real timber veneer over an engineered-wood core, with a micro-suede lined interior and a fitted keepsake tray above the ashes compartment.
A place for what matters most
Above the ashes compartment, a fitted tray provides space for personal keepsakes. An order of service, a casket nameplate, photographs, jewellery, a handwritten note. Small things that carry enormous meaning, kept together in one place.
Unlike a traditional urn, the Memory Box is designed to sit comfortably in your home. On a shelf, a mantel or a sideboard.
Free shipping Australia-wide. GST included. If you are not completely satisfied, return it in original condition within 14 days for a full refund.
