Orders

Orders should be placed through our website. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us at info@formandgrace.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched the next business day. A standard Authority to Leave applies to all deliveries. Please ensure delivery is to an attended address where possible, as receipt of goods is your responsibility. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Please notify us within 14 days if you need to return an item. We will guide you through the return process. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept goods that have been used. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

Payment

Form and Grace accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Privacy

Liability

Form and Grace is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once goods have been dispatched to the carrier. We will assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.
