Orders

Orders should be placed through our website. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us at info@formandgrace.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please ensure the delivery address provided with your order is correct and, where possible, that someone is available to receive the delivery. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for further information.

Returns and Refunds

Please notify us within 14 days if you need to return an item. We will guide you through the return process. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept goods that have been used. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

Payment

Form and Grace accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
