Terms and Conditions
Preferably, orders should be placed through the website so that we can easily track them and keep you updated. If you have any problems, we are happy to take your order over the phone.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Commercial and wholesale customers should order through the wholesale portal. If you do not have a login, please contact us and we will set you up with one.
Initial orders should be paid in full before delivery.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All goods are delivered Ex-Warehouse.
We will arrange a freight company to deliver unless you stipulate otherwise.
A standard "Authority to Leave" is assumed with all shipping requests. Delivery should be arranged only to an attended address as it is your responsibility to ensure that their is someone to accept the goods.
You can use your preferred courier.
If you order an item that is not in stock we will contact you within 24 hours.
RETURNS AND CREDITS
Please notify us within 30 days if the goods need to be returned for any reason. We will guide you through the procedure for returning goods.
It would be helpful if goods are returned in their original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept used goods in return.
Form and Grace accepts payment by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal.
