Orders

Orders should preferably be placed through our website so that we can track them and keep you updated. If you experience any issues, we are happy to assist over the phone.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Commercial Customers

Commercial and wholesale customers should place orders through our wholesale portal. If you do not have a login, please contact us and we will set one up for you. Initial orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Delivery of Goods

All goods are supplied Ex-Warehouse. Unless otherwise arranged, we will select a freight company to deliver your order.

  • A standard “Authority to Leave” is assumed with all shipping requests.

  • Please ensure that delivery is to an attended address, as it is your responsibility to arrange receipt of goods.

  • You may nominate your own courier if preferred.

  • If an item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Please notify us within 14 days if goods need to be returned for any reason. We will guide you through the return process. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept goods that have been used. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

Payment

Form and Grace accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and cash (by arrangement).

Liability

Form and Grace is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once goods have been dispatched to the carrier. We will, however, assist you in resolving delivery issues where possible.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
