1. Will the memory box fit all standard ashes containers from crematoria? Yes, our memory boxes are designed to hold all standard ashes containers without the need for decanting.

2. Can I access the ashes if I choose to scatter them later? Absolutely. The ashes container is securely held under the tray with finger screws. This design ensures that access is only possible with intent, providing peace of mind and added security.

3. What personal items can I store in the tray? The tray is perfect for photographs, letters, jewellery, wallets, passports, wedding rings, and other keepsakes that hold special memories of your loved one. It provides a dedicated and organized space to keep these items safe and close by.

4. How do I clean and care for the memory box? To clean your memory box, simply use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle wood polish or a microfiber cloth for lacquer finishes. Avoid harsh chemicals or water to maintain the finish.

5. Is the box lockable for added security? Yes, the memory box is designed with a secure lockable closure, ensuring that your keepsakes are both safe and protected while still allowing for easy access when needed.

6. What can I use the box for after ashes are scattered? Once ashes are scattered, the memory box can be repurposed to hold photographs, letters, personal items, and other keepsakes that hold special memories of your loved one.

7. How soon will my order be shipped? We ship your order the next business day, ensuring you receive it as quickly and securely as possible.

9. Can I personalize the memory box with engraving? Currently, we do not offer engraving or personalization, but the smooth finish of the box allows for plaques or custom nameplates to be easily added if desired.

10. Do I need to transfer the ashes?
No. Our memory boxes are made to hold the container provided by crematoria in Australia (and many overseas). You can simply place it inside without any adjustments. This means you don’t have to handle ashes directly unless you choose to scatter them later.

11. Can I return the memory box if I change my mind? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the box is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return. Yes, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse. Simply call us to arrange a suitable time.
