Free Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched the next business day and delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Delivery to Funeral Homes and Crematoria

We can deliver directly to a funeral home or crematorium. Please provide the delivery address, a contact person, and the name of the deceased when placing your order. We recommend advising the funeral home in advance so they are expecting the delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For an international shipping quote, please email info@formandgrace.com.au with the items you are interested in and your delivery address. Please note that any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

If your memory box is unsuitable for any reason, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please repackage the item carefully in its original packaging and contact us at info@formandgrace.com.au to arrange the return. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@formandgrace.com.au with a photo of the damage. We will arrange collection and send a replacement at our expense. Please do not return damaged goods independently as claims must be processed through our carrier.
